The rooms smelled damp and made my skin itchy, and the photos on Google looked very different from the actual place. The TV didn’t work, and even basic plugs were missing, with wires covered in cellotape. There was just one wall fan in the room, though they later brought a standing fan. The switchboards were in really bad condition, and the rooms weren’t arranged properly. Very poor experience. A day and my money wasted. Please don’t book these properties.

The rooms weren’t clean, the bathrooms weren’t hygienic, and the water supply was unreliable. The pictures make the place look better than it is, so don’t be fooled. The staff were nice and helpful, but the stay wasn’t worth it. It’s 900 mts from picture palace, so you’ll need to carry your own luggage or hire a porter.

The people and service were good, but there was a water shortage. The place looks very different in reality from the pictures. If you’re actually looking for a one-star stay, this may be the place. I’ll add photos soon.

The staff were nice, but the rooms weren’t clean. Bedsheets had stains, were torn, and seemed not to have been washed for many days. For the money, it wasn’t good value, especially compared with treebo Calista Dehradun. A very bad experience.

The location and room amenities were the main reasons I stayed here, and it was decent for a short trip. The food was average, and the overall experience was fine. Service could have been better, though. I didn’t like the hotel staff, who weren’t cooperative.
