The room was filthy and smelled awful, with stained sheets, peeling paint, and a door lock that didn't work properly. The bathroom was just as bad, with leaking taps and no soap or anything else provided. There's no food facility. Staff wouldn't answer calls and didn't seem to care about guests. The fan was unbearably noisy, and the electricity went out for hours. The place feels neglected and broken. This was a waste of money and peace of mind. A railway station or bus stand would be cleaner, safer, and better maintained.

It's in a beautiful, very scenic spot. We would definitely recommend the place to everyone.

Next to neugal cafe, and there's a lovely souvenir shop with a great wine collection and lovely local teas. We had a comfortable stay with my wife and child, who felt happy, and the staff were very polite. Recommended, and we'll come again.

We stayed here with my family a month ago, and I really enjoyed it. The hospitality was wonderful, and the food was very tasty. It made me feel at home. All in all, this is the best hotel.

I was at hotel center point last night and liked the atmosphere, as well as the store on the ground floor. I really appreciated the service from the staff. Must visit if u are in palampur. Abhishek Sharma
