This is a basic hotel with average service, and the staff are very rude. I've done business with them a couple of times. Most recently, I booked four rooms for three days and paid some of the cost in advance. Staff threatened that they wouldn't let us check out unless I cleared the remaining payment. It was absurd and left me with a bitter experience. I've sworn never to do business with them again.

My first visit to Dehradun was completely spoiled by this stay. The room keys didn't work at first, and although the rooms have ACs, there was no remote to control them. Food took so much chasing: I had to remind the kitchen about my order after an hour, then order again, and they only brought half of it. It was tasteless and undercooked. The tea was like water, the cold coffee tasted like ice, and this is just the worst property to stay in. Pathetic experience.

I was in town for an office visit and stayed here for a week. The room was clean, spacious enough, and had a good view. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this place.
