Hotel Saraswati

I'd strongly advise against staying here. I contacted the caretaker, Mr. Rajendra Ji, several times about the unbearable smell in our room. Two hours later, he finally moved us, but the next room was dirty too and its washroom taps didn't work. When I asked to move again, he initially agreed, then switched off his phone. I called the receptionist, Mr. Kamal Prasad Badoni, and found his behavior just as rude and unhelpful. This was the worst hotel experience I've had, despite loving travel and having visited many places. The staff's behavior was extremely disappointing. I gave one star only because zero wasn't an option. If you still stay here, be ready to face these problems at your own cost.

We stayed there and had a really nice experience. For an affordable price, it's the best hotel in Mussoorie.

The staff's behavior at this hotel was terrible, and my family was so afraid. I love traveling and have been to many places, but this was the worst experience ever.

The rooms and bathrooms were very neat, the location is ideal, and the staff are good. The only downside is that you have to walk up a bit of a slope to reach the hotel.
