The photos are misleading and don’t match the actual condition of the hotel. The food was bad, the rooms and blankets were dirty, and there were spider webs throughout the room. The furniture and crockery were old and ya. When we asked for an extra bed, all they gave us was a thin mattress with no proper foam or support. It was a very poor experience and absolutely not worth the money. I don’t recommend this place at all. Definitely third class.

The team was cooperative and handled our checkout smoothly, after a pleasant stay for our family of three adults. We arrived on the evening of 14.3 and left the morning of 17.03.2025, and were welcomed and shown to our room without fuss. It was spacious, with a nice balcony, large windows and excellent views. General neatness was very satisfying, the toilet was spacious and neat, and tea, coffee and the other comforts were nice. The corridors were roomy and had a pleasant feel. Our TV wasn’t working, but staff attended to it promptly. We enjoyed the carroms in the activities room, and there was also a pool table. Some kids had broken the cue, so having a staff member who knows the game would be an asset. The common dining room was spacious and nicely lit. The food was tasty and sufficient, and the staff were caring and helpful. The terrace views were amazing. A small flower garden would make the terrace even more beautiful. I strongly recommend it for short stays.

The staff at vista hotel made me feel like family. They were warm, friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make my stay feel perfect. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. The rooms were comfortable, immaculately clean, and well appointed, and the amenities and service were top notch. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area. I’m grateful for the genuine warmth and kindness I experienced. If you want a hotel that really understands hospitality, I highly recommend vista hotel. I can’t wait to return. A decent mid budget stay that serves its purpose. The food was decent, and the manager was friendly. A big thank you to the staff, because hospitality matters beyond the four walls. Good luck to the team ahead.
