The location is convenient, very close to Mall Road and popular places. But the bathrooms were cramped and awful, and the staff were rude and uncooperative. We booked a family room at a much higher price than the one quoted over the phone. We had planned to stay two nights, but after the poor treatment we checked out after just one. A very bad stay.
Service was good, and the price can suit someone looking for a cheaper stay who doesn't mind the location compared with other hotels. The hotel is tucked into a street off the main road, so there's no good view, and the room quality is average. The cheaper rooms were very dirty, which meant having to pay more for a better room.
I enjoyed my two-night stay. The price was very affordable, the staff were helpful and cooperative, and the rooms were clean and hygienic. Hospitality was great, with tasty food and quick room service.
A comfortable stay in clean, good-quality rooms, as clean as home. Anshu was especially nice at checkout.
