Hotel Shree Laxmi Palace By OYO Rooms

Don't book here. You book online, then they refuse to let you check in, knowing you won't get a refund because the booking is non-refundable. They still get the money from the online booking, then book the room offline. They're looting people, and the authorities should ban this hotel.

I expected the hotel receptionist to say the prices had changed at check-in, based on the reviews I'd read, and I contacted OYO Customer service and booked through them. Even after that, the hotel staff refused to let me check in. When I called OYO, the person wasn't supportive and told me to cancel the trip. Worst service.

The only thing that worked was the fan. The place was unhygienic, with dirty bedsheets, insects everywhere, and a bad smell. The AC didn't work, and the TV made a lot of noise and sparked. The washroom was dirty too. Don't book here or waste your time. I don't feel like giving it a rating.

It was just an okay stay, and the tourist places were a bit far away. The rooms could have been cleaner, and the bedsheet was dirty, though the bathrooms were okay. The public restroom by the hotel entrance was pathetic. Nobody should use it.
