Hotel Sunrise

They showed me a room and quoted one price. Once I’d settled on it, they doubled the amount, saying the staff had given me the wrong price. I was told I’d have to pay double if I wanted the room.

Nice location, and the staff were too good. The service was really good.

I attended a wedding party here. The building is well designed, spacious, safe, and secure, and my room was quiet despite the hotel being right on Rajpur Road. But service was almost nonexistent and at times rude. They couldn’t provide an electric iron when I asked. The infrastructure is great, though it isn’t well kept. Families may be fine here if they expect very little from the staff. I feel for the owner, who has put together a boutique hotel worthy of five stars, because poor customer service takes at least two stars off my rating. For now, I’d give it three out of five. If the owner is reading, I think staff are costing the hotel at least 15-20% in revenue.

The executive room was in very poor condition. Water from the AC was leaking through the wall, and the TV didn’t work. The food quality was also very poor. There were hidden charges, and breakfast wasn’t included with the executive room.
