Hotel Usha Palace

This hotel felt very prathic. The staff were also very prathic, and the service was bad. It seemed like they were only interested in making money. One lady runs the hotel, but her behaviour was very bed. Please be careful about this hotel and the lady.

We booked two rooms for four friends for four days, but left after just two because of the owner’s bad behaviour. The hotel is run by the owner and family, and the owner was arrogant and ill-mannered. Check the toilets for a geyser and ventilation before checking in. There’s only one proper parking spot; other cars are left on the driveway, so if someone needs to move a car, all the owners have to be called to make room. The owner may tell you to park on the road, which didn’t feel safe. The worst experience I’ve had.

The rooms have a cozy feel, mixing rustic touches with a modern look, and the staff greeted us warmly with garlands and a special drink. From the property, Usha palace looks out over the hills and the snow cladded Himalayan range. In the early morning, sparse sunlight and fog drifting through the cedar grove made it feel like a paradise for nature enthusiasts. Service can be leisurely paced, giving you time to linger over the view. I had a very good stay.

Hotel Usha Palace was good value for money. Our room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
