Hotel Value and Spa

Breakfast and the food were very good, and the hotel service was good too. The rooms are large, with a great view, and parking is good. But the way in is very narrow and steep, and access through mall road has a time restriction and requires a Rs 150 entry payment. Guests booking should be told this. Room cleaning was very poor, even though the bathroom was cleaner by comparison. There was dust in all the drawers and closets, the roof outside the room and its corners needed proper cleaning, and the cleaner said they had opened our closet while we were away. They need training, including not opening closets with guests’ belongings inside. Water bottles should also be refilled during cleaning.

We had dinner here and it was delicious, with yummy food and service up to the mark. The staff were really good. Mr Hukum Singh (The General Manager ) was especially nice, caring and attentive to guests. I’ll surely recommend this property to people I know.

Right in the heart of mussoorie mall rode, this place still feels peaceful and serene. The north indi food was great, the hotel staff were very helpful, and we had a pleasant stay.

I never felt safe here, and the customer care was very poor. Some staff seemed drunk and spoke rudely and harshly to guests. When one guest stood up to their abusive behaviour, they were confronted physically, which was shocking. People around the hotel also used offensive, abusive language, making the place uncomfortable. I tried to raise concerns about food and other problems, but no one would listen or help. If you care about your safety and peace of mind, don’t visit this place.
