The owner was very arrogant. We weren’t given water or a bathroom floor mat during our stay. When you ask for these facilities, they call you a RUDE Customer. The prices are far too high, even for a short stay. The geyser also takes a very long time to heat water in summer, so imagine waiting for hot water in winter.

There are nice mountain views here, and you can browse nearby shops or get street food. The hotel has good parking, clean rooms, and good service. I’d recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to mussoorie.

The lady who owns the property is its biggest asset, so polite and a wise advisor. It’s a comfortable place for a family, with private parking and a park with swings. Being near mall road is another plus. A perfect place to stay.

The early morning view is awesome, and there’s a good atmosphere here. It’s right in the center of the mall road, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The service is excellent, including for your driver, and it’s a great place to stay in mussorie.

Don’t stay here. The owner and the whole staff are irresponsible. Biggest fraud hotel in mussoorie, and the worst hotel I’ve ever seen.
