The staff were humble, but I regretted staying here. The food was very expensive: our 500rs breakfast was one paratha, a bowl of curd, and a bread omlette. They also charged more than the mrp for bislery, which was really disgusting. The room and hotel were badly maintained. The AC and telephone didn't work, there was no dustbin, and the bathroom tap kept running because it wouldn't close fully. The almirah was dirty, and the glasses and jug were so filthy they looked as if the room had been shut for years. Prices were high for this condition. Didn't like the place. I'd suggest looking for a better option.

The reception manager was rude, and the service and staff felt unprofessional. There isn't a buffet breakfast, and the hotel doesn't provide pure drinking water. They tell you to buy a Bisleri bottle or drink from the cooler, which has no RO purification. Staff claimed there was RO water, but that wasn't true. I wouldn't drink the hotel water, as it could make you sick. Avoid this place unless you have no other option.

At around 800 a night, this is an affordable choice for tourists, with rooms usually costing 750-1000. ISBT Dehradun is close enough to walk to, and you can park your vehicle at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is good, and room service is good too. There are no geysers in the bathrooms, and room maintenance is only average. I booked through make my trip, though other apps can be used. The restaurant food smelled bad, so I wouldn't have lunch there. Tea is available anytime.

The best part is the location on the highway, close to local and state transport stops, so it's easy to find transport for trips around the area or outside the state. There's also a small children's park out front with slides and a hanging-stage. I stayed one day. The rooms are average, not especially luxurious or as good as other OYO rooms. Restaurant food was average, and staff didn't respond quickly.

The ceiling was leaking, and the washroom didn't even have basic things like a flush or jet. The room had no geyser despite the advertisement saying one was available, and they overcharged us for water bottles. A very bad experience. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
