Hotel Winterfell Mussoorie

The staff were warm, professional, and always happy to help, and check-in started with a lovely welcome. Our room was spotless and beautifully designed, while the food was delicious and the ambiance made the stay feel special. The location was perfect, and the service was top-notch. We spent two nights at winterfell stay, and the second one was horrible. People, both men and women, in the room next to us played music and made loud noise all night, only stopping at 4.30am. We had a morning flight and had to leave early, so we couldn't sleep properly. The hotel took no meaningful action, and the staff didn't communicate properly. There's no restaurant inside the hotel. The location is good, but the hotel doesn't get sunlight.

The rooms were tidy and had a nice aesthetic, and the food was delicious. Breakfast was included, and the room service staff were kind and polite. Service was quick and good, and the location is prime, so covering the area from border to border wasn't a hassle. You can rent 2 wheelers through the hotel by asking at reception. A very good experience, and a stay worth visiting.

We booked a premium room with a balcony view, and it was clean and well maintained. The property itself had a good view, and the staff and service were very much appreciated. It's a great place to stay, right between mussoorie mall and landour. We had a very good stay.
