Kajal at reception made a real difference. She was polite, professional, and always welcoming, answered my questions patiently, and gave me useful recommendations. Check-in and checkout were smooth thanks to her friendly help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The hotel felt peaceful and welcoming, and I felt at home. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. I recommend it for the comfort, service, and hospitality.

The front office guy was rude and misbehaved. After check-in, the sales person didn’t answer my calls. The linen was dirty, the washbasin was cracked, and there was no handwash. They also charged 2% extra for paying by credit card, even though the room rent was over 5k. Worst experience ever.

The staff were friendly, and the view from the amazing room was lovely. A great experience and totally worth it.

The staff behaved well, and the location near the mall road was convenient, but this hotel is very overvalued. I stayed just one night, and there were only a few positives against a lot of problems. Hygiene was almost zero. The room was dusty and stuffy, with no ventilation, even in the Premium room, and it could feel suffocating. In the bathroom, insects came out of the drain pipe. The drinking water they provided was dirty. Photos are attached.
