Larisa Resort, Mussoorie

The lawn and open area were the main draw for me, and it was a good place to stay with a pet. The resort is quite clean and calm, though far from main Mussoorie. Manager Mr. Vikram is a wonderful person who takes his guests' care very seriously. The place has good vibes.

The resort is a peaceful spot for a relaxing getaway, set a little away from the main Mussoorie area. The valley and Dehradun city views from the rooms and lawn are stunning, and waking up to them was special. Getting there means taking a steep downhill stretch from the main road, which can be tricky, but the hotel has skilled drivers to make it smooth. Service was excellent, with courteous, responsive staff always quick to help. There aren't many food options, but what we tried was delicious and well prepared. The evening bonfire was another highlight. We had a very relaxing, enjoyable stay and would recommend it for the views and warm hospitality.

Mr. Mahavirji, the chef, served excellent food in generous portions and made dining a great experience. Getting to the property is the difficult part: the area is quite steep and can be hard to access, especially in big cars or with family. The location needs improvement.

The quiet atmosphere made our stay feel special, almost like a perfect honeymoon getaway. The staff were polite, supportive, and often went out of their way to help us feel comfortable. Service was excellent, and every meal was enjoyable, well prepared, and generous in both quality and quantity. A must-visit in Mussoorie, highly recommended!
