Lemon Tree Hotel, Dehradun

It’s a decent, clean hotel, but Lemon Tree should consider a wall or better screening on the side facing the mall. With the curtains open, you can see people eating their meals, and I feel awkward, hoping they don’t notice me looking. Better privacy would make the stay much more comfortable.

I had a relaxing, comfortable stay and felt it was great value for money. Housekeeping was polite and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed and fresh linen. The bathroom was spotless and had all the essential toiletries. Air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and stable.

The hotel is nicely made and well placed on the popular Rajpur road, quite close to Mussoorie. My valley view room had a nice view, and the staff were hospitable and courteous to me. Still, a basic thing I expect, at least a glass of water, was missing.

Next to Pacific Mall is a real plus, since you can head there for lunch or breakfast if you want more choice. The hotel is neatly maintained, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are hospitable. From the restaurant there’s a hill view that looks beautiful on a rainy day. Breakfast has a good enough variety, plus quick dishes made on demand. There’s also a recreation room with indoor games, including a pool table.
