The room service was the worst part, and the night receptionist didn’t understand what I was saying or resolve my problem. The rooms weren’t cleaned, the washrooms were damaged, and there were no toiletries. The blankets were dirty and smelled bad, while the uneven bed didn’t sit properly. Cockroaches had made a home in the almirah. I’ve stayed in ₹1000-a-night hotels with better quality. Don’t book this place.

The food was awesome and reasonably priced, and the property was hygienic and well maintained. Staff were helpful. Nice stay.

The woodland setting makes Lime Wood Hotel in the New Forest feel like a peaceful escape, and the thoughtful staff took care of the details throughout my stay. There are several kinds of rooms, from cosy attic spaces to lakeside cabins, all with elegant interiors. I also enjoyed the seasonal dishes at Hartnett Holder & Co and the relaxation at Herb House Spa, with its pools, thermal suites, and forest views. It’s a premium retreat, but I felt the experience was worth the cost. A lovely choice for peace, indulgence, and rejuvenation.

The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well kept. It’s right on the main road near Pacific Mall, with lots of local shops nearby. Parking takes a bit of figuring out, but it’s manageable.
