We were especially grateful to Mr Manish Ji & Rahul Ji for helping with check-in, shifting our luggage, and arranging food. Their coordination made our family stay more comfortable. The terrace was a lovely place to sit in the evening, with a cool breeze and mountain views. Luxury Inn is just 50 metres from Picture Palace and has both mountain-facing and non-view rooms, as well as a lift. Our room was spacious, with basic things like a fan, sofa, cupboard, and hot water available 24 hours. There's an in-house restaurant serving buffet breakfast. The location made it easy to get to Mall Road, Gun Hill, and other nearby Mussoorie attractions. We visited in May and had a comfortable stay. It's about 1 hour 20 mins from Dehradun Railway Station and around a 5-6 hours drive from New Delhi. A good option for a family trip.

The front office team made arrival easy, with a smooth check-in and a warm, professional welcome. My room was immaculate, spacious, and well kept, with good attention to detail and hygiene. Service stayed prompt and disciplined throughout. I had a fantastic stay and would recommend this property for a comfortable, premium experience. I'll visit again.

Room service was prompt, and the food was excellent. The calm, elegant atmosphere and convenient, accessible location made the hotel work well for both business and leisure. My room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a premium feel. The staff were polite and always willing to help, which made the stay pleasant. Hotel Luxury Inn offers comfort and good value, and I'd recommend it for a relaxing, hassle-free visit.

The staff were polite and helpful, and they handled requests promptly. Check-in and check-out were smooth, which added to the pleasant stay. Hotel Luxury Inn is conveniently located for people wanting to be near the main attractions. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a nice view and a peaceful atmosphere.

The room view was amazing, and that was the only real plus from our two-night stay. I can't fault the staff's service, but the general cleanliness wasn't there. We had to ask for everything, even clean sheets and a clean kettle.
