The natural setting at Oakwood Forest Retreat was peaceful, and the views were fantastic. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was tasty, and the staff were friendly and gave good service throughout our stay. Noise carries easily because the rooms connect through an open hall. That could disturb other guests' sleep, especially at night, so the sound insulation could be improved. A lovely place to unwind and enjoy nature, with beautiful views, good food, and attentive service.

We'd be glad to come back to Oakwood forest retreat. Our stay was memorable, with an elegant, calm atmosphere and a refreshing mountain feel. The property has lovely valley views and peaceful surroundings. Mr.Atul Negi property manager looked after us exceptionally well. His warm manner, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made the visit even better, and he kept everything well managed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the food was outstanding with plenty of variety and great taste. Thanks to the whole Oakwood forest retreat team for a wonderful stay.

The setting is a little off the beaten path, which is what makes it so calm and serene. Our rooms had been upgraded since our last vista. During our 3 day visit, a designated staff member was there to handle whatever we needed, and service was quick and responsive. The hotel arranged a Barbeque with live singers for us, which made for a fabulous evening. Thanks, and we look forward to coming back.

We spent one night at oakwood forest retreat, Landour, and loved its quiet, tucked-away location among the hills. It's wonderful for nature lovers, and there are pine forests to walk through. The whole staff were accommodating and did their best to meet our requests. We were comfortable, and the food was good too. The clock tower is nearby by cab. Thanks, Oakwood, for taking care of us. Strongly recommend it!

The staff were attentive and easy to reach by phone. We enjoyed the homely, delicious food, though the menu isn't extensive. The lush forest around this spot makes it one of the best locations I've stayed at in Uttarakhand, and the property feels at least a couple of degrees cooler.
