The rates are cheap, and the place feels more like a hostel turned into a hotel. There's no geyser or TV, and the bathroom isn't good. It doesn't feel fancy, but the prices match.

My booking included breakfast, but the hotel refused to provide it. The manager, MR. PREM KUMAR, and his wife handle the front office and kitchen, and the place feels unprofessionally run. I was heavily overcharged for the stay and food, as if I was being punished for booking there. The sheets and pillows were stained, the washrooms stank, and the restaurant served stale leftovers. It also felt like a shady place where couples came for a few hours to make out, and where illegal activities took place. I tried contacting AGODA customer care, but the number in the confirmation email was for OYO. OYO first said the booking wasn't through them and they weren't responsible, then acknowledged they do take AGODA bookings. They told me to book through the OYO app or website next time. My complaint is still unresolved. Absolutely awful service from AGODA, OYO, and the hotel. Stay away.

The room was a complete mess and wasn't clean at all. There were cleanliness and electricity problems, and the bathroom was awful, like it hadn't been cleaned in a hundred years. The power was out for about 30 minutes. When I asked the manager, he just said, "Brother, we're checking." Such bad service. The worst experience of my life.

The toilet was in terrible shape, and the commode was so dirty I couldn't sit on it. There was no geyser, and the staff weren't cooperative. The previous guest's bedsheet was still on the bed. I asked them to change it, and they said they'd do it soon, but they still didn't. I ended up cleaning it myself. A very bad hotel.
