OYO 24124 Hotel Camel View

The hill views are good, and the price seems fair in the off season. You can park outside the hotel, but it's at your own risk. Mall Road is just 300-400m away, which is a nice extra. A good place to stay.

There is a restaurant serving North Indian food, but they stop serving at 10:00 pm. Cash, card, and NFC payments are accepted. Rooms have hot water and are good, though their price feels high for the maintenance, apparently because of seasonal demand. They're only okay for a short stay. The hotel is in the middle of the city, near Mall Road, so it's easy to get to the visiting places. Clock tower (Ganta Ghar) is a nearby landmark, and there's a beautiful viewpoint close by, up a one-way hill. Parking is limited for both two-wheelers and cars. Wheelchair accessible parking is available, but there's no accessible entrance.

The hotel is easy to locate, near jain Dharamshala in Mussorie, but the rooms are tiny and smell strongly of dampness. There is no ventilation, so you have to leave the door open for fresh air. Bathrooms are dirty, and room service is basically nonexistent since they have only one attendant. The nearby surroundings are filthy too. I would only consider it for a budget stay under Rs.500/-, and wouldn't recommend it to couples or families.

For the rates, the small rooms are acceptable, and the hotel is clean, but hospitality isn't up to the mark. It's budget friendly and fine for a day or two. It's around 2-2.5 km from Mall Road, near PICTURE PALACE, Mussoorie. The hotel isn't that good overall.
