The price feels completely unjustified for the low standards, and there are far better hotels nearby for the same amount or less. I’d avoid Kailash Residency. Parking is badly congested, with little space, and staff don’t help you manage it. The reception team were rude and argumentative, with no greeting or courtesy, and didn’t listen to concerns. The rooms were dusty, bedsheets looked reused, and the bathroom had stains and felt unhygienic. There was a foul smell in the hallways, stained walls, and a neglected, uncomfortable feel throughout. Room service was poor too. Requests were ignored or took hours, even for clean towels or water. Furniture was broken, lights didn’t work, and the fans were noisy. The place seemed badly maintained, and the staff showed no hospitality. One of my worst stays, not recommended at all.

We had booked 10 rooms, but the woman at the front desk was still rude and unhelpful, making us feel like an inconvenience. The sheets hadn’t been changed from the previous guest, and the room had stained carpets, peeling wallpaper, and a bad smell. When we raised these problems, there was no service or real response. The staff behavior, lack of service, and poor room quality made this a disastrous stay. A miserable experience that falls short of basic hospitality. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Parking is limited, and for a function they should arrange valet parking or some other option. The security guard was rude and confused, and instead of helping, just told us to park outside on the road. Hospitality was zero, and the food wasn’t up to the mark. Zero stars.

The rooms and washrooms stink, and outside food isn’t allowed at all. Management seems poor, and the staff are uncooperative and unprofessional. Not worth staying with family or friends. Look for another hotel nearby.
