The location is the best part. It’s right in main Paltan Bazaar, a 5-10 min walk from Dehradun junction and 2 kms from Clock Tower. The rooms were clean, service was great, and the staff were polite and professional. I’d recommend it for families, friends, or couples.

There were ants all over the room floor, and when I told the staff, they asked why I hadn’t checked right after checking in. The room itself wasn’t in good condition, and the staff weren’t welcoming. They also refused to accept a soft copy of my Adhar card.

A nice option for families, and good for staying on your own too. They have hot water, a smart TV, and 24 hours CCTV facility. Thank you.

The rooms were clean and the stay was comfortable. It’s the best hotel near Dehradun Railway station, so go for a comfortable stay.

The staff treated us very poorly at collection hotel. The receptionist wouldn’t print my ID and told me to get a printout myself. He said checkout was at 10:30 and kept telling me to hurry in a way that felt threatening. They also wouldn’t hold my luggage for a few hours. I personally recommend never going there.
