The service has been really good whenever I've stayed at Bhagwati Palace for court work in Dehradun. It's near the Harley Davidson Showroom, and there's plenty of parking. The rooms are spacious, with clean beds and hygienic bathrooms.
The staff were polite and well mannered, and the room service was pretty good even though there isn't a restaurant. It's toward the pricier end for a budget hotel in Dehradun, but I felt it was worth paying for. One of the better hotels in that category, and I had a great stay.
We had a good family stay here. It's close to the main road, ISBT bus stand, and railway station, and the staff made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, though a little cramped, and the washrooms were great. The food was good too. I'd stay again when I'm in town.
The lift was useful, and the staff were very polite and well mannered. Our room was tidy and spacious, with a clean, roomy bathroom. The beds were comfortable and there were enough pillows.
The location is good, and the hotel is about equally far from the Wildlife Institute of India and Mindrolling Buddhist Monastery. The rooms and food were decent, and the price was affordable. Check-in was quite troublesome because of tariff issues between the property owner and OYO, though.
