Rubal stopped replying to my calls and messages after my fiancé and I had discussed hosting our destination wedding at Green and Breeze Resort, Mussoorie. We had talked through the details, received quotes and clear assurances, and were asked to travel to Mussoorie to see the venue and finalize arrangements. Once we got there ready to confirm, there was no explanation or closure, just silence despite several follow-ups. As the groom, I found this extremely disappointing. Wedding plans require trust, logistics, and major commitments, and this left us with unnecessary stress and wasted time, effort, and money. A resort advertising itself as a wedding destination should communicate responsibly. I would strongly caution anyone considering it for a wedding or other major event, since I don’t believe a place that handles discussions this way can be trusted with such an important celebration.

Santosh deserves a special mention for being helpful at any time of day and treating guests with such a good attitude. The hotel was neat and clean, with top notch staff and room service. It has the best mountain view in town, and I had a great experience staying there. So grateful for his help 🙏

There’s a beautiful view, and the food is awesome. The staff were friendly and cooperative, and service was very good. It’s also kids friendly, with games to enjoy, plus a paid spa or massage that was very relaxing. A nice, peaceful stay with scenic views.

The owner’s personal care stood out. He runs the property himself, and you can see it in the details and warm hospitality. When a big group checked in after us and parked 5 cars behind ours, I told him we needed an early start. At 7am he was already there, directing his ppl so I could get my car out. He was around from check-in to check-out, sharing local tips and stories about the area. Our spacious, immaculately clean family room was thoughtfully set up, and waking to misty mountain peaks through the window was pure magic. The surroundings were serene, a lovely place to unwind with family. It felt like visiting a friend’s mountain retreat, not just staying at a resort. Unforgettable.

The service felt warm, prompt, and thoughtful, and the spacious rooms were beautifully maintained, combining comfort and elegance. The hilltop setting in Mussoorie, surrounded by mountains, made the views mesmerizing. Each corner of the resort had its own charm. It was an unforgettable place to relax, recharge, and take in nature, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a luxurious stay.
