Regenta Place Amritsar

I really liked the food, with enough variety to make eating at the hotel a pleasure. There is some renovation going on, but I think that will make the place better in the future. For a solo trip, I felt secure and comfortable in the peaceful, well-maintained room. The hospitality was the highlight. Ayush and Sneha at reception welcomed me warmly and made me feel at home as soon as I arrived. Bhola Dutta, Rahul and Shivani from the F&B team were friendly and attentive at meals, and their professionalism stood out. I'd recommend this hotel for solo travelers and families.

Rahul, the Restaurant Manager, and his team made the stay especially memorable. They arranged something thoughtful for my wife's birthday and gave extra attention to my 4-year-old son. Their kindness really touched us, and the whole staff made us feel welcome and at home. The breakfast had a great range for adults and kids, and everything was fresh, well organized, and delicious. In-room service was prompt and flawless, adding to the comfort. Our stay at Regenta Central Amritsar was wonderful, one of our best hotel experiences. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, good food, and warm hospitality in Amritsar. We'll definitely come back.

The rooms were great and well appointed, and Abhishek served us with a smile at the buffet and dining area. The buffet choices were limited, but the food quality was good, so I didn't mind. Check-in took longer than it should have because our room key didn't work. We waited a few minutes and were given a manual key. There were no bisleri bottles in the rooms, just RO water in unsealed jugs. I asked the manager directly for lemon water at check-in, but it still hadn't arrived 40 minutes later. I cancelled by phone and got no apology or acknowledgment. There was no view to speak of, just a broken street and garbage, so we kept the curtains closed.

The rooms were very good and the food was excellent. We had dinner and breakfast there, both of which we enjoyed. We stayed at regrets palace for just a day, and I wish we could have stayed longer. Sukanya was very helpful with accommodating our food, and the service was excellent. Thank you.
