Vijay kumar is a hopeless manager there. I had to call twice about a towel and was told it was coming, but it never arrived. When I asked for a heater, he said he’d check availability, then gave no reply until I called again and was told it wasn’t available. I also asked reception to send someone to take my bags down, but nobody was available. Worst hotel in Dehradun. Spend 200-300 more or less, but don’t stay here.

The washroom wasn’t clean, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. They wouldn’t provide room slippers, a blanket, or toothpaste. The place felt like a slum hut, and it was a bad experience. Please don’t come here.

The rooms weren’t clean and smelled bad. The blanket and bedsheet were dirty too. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

There’s plenty of underground parking if you arrive in your own vehicle. The rooms are large and have almost all modern amenities, while the staff are very polite, helpful, and cooperative. It’s a good budget hotel on the main road near Paltan bazar, though it could use a little renovation.

The rooms are reasonably priced and good for a stay.
