The owner was very supportive, and the location works well if you want to be near the bus stand. The rooms felt a bit small, though, so I wouldn't choose this for a stay longer than two days.

The pictures were misleading. My room felt shady, smelled strongly of cigarettes and smoke, and had fungus all over the walls.

We had to wait for the room because it was given to us an hour after check-in time. Still, they charged extra for a half-hour late checkout. We were given just one towel for two guests, they refused to provide another, and they wouldn't replace it with a fresh one the next day. For two people staying two days, the only toiletries were one small soap, and we got only one half-litre bottle of water for the whole stay. A terrible experience for a 2000rs-a-night stay.

The agent said I could arrive early and that he would speak to the hotel, but they didn't listen and charged me 30% extra for the room. The toilet was open at the top, with all four walls open above, so its smell spread through the whole room. On the next day I kept saying the room they showed me was different from the one they were giving me. They finally showed it to me, then said it had no AC, even though I'd paid for one. After I raised that again, they moved me to another room. Its toilet flush and handwashing tap didn't work, and staff weren't listening when I asked for help. That room did have AC, but the plugs were broken and unusable, and exposed wire looked like it could give an electric shock. The locks were broken too, and the exhaust fan didn't work. Fab hotels gave very bad service. Please don't show one thing and provide something else.
