The lawns and seating spots look out over the valley, and you could spend the whole day sitting there with a drink. The location is probably the best, and the price is reasonable. The rooms are maintained adequately. One two-room unit even has a kitchen area, where someone like me, with my #OptimusNova, can cook local fish. But room service is basically nonexistent. The intercom didn't work, and when it did, nobody answered. Tea on arrival took 40 minutes. The cook was asleep until 730, and the morning tea, like the one on the last day, was among the most pathetic I've had. It was parboiled! Because of the tea, we'll have breakfast at a shack in Barlow ganj. Stay at #HotelWhiteHouse if you like, but don't expect room service.

The setting is beautiful, with a great view and easy road access. It's neither crowded nor deserted, which makes it suitable for families, solo travelers, or couples. The food isn't very good.

The location gets 10 on 10, but skip the complimentary breakfast and any other meal if you want to enjoy your trip. Otherwise you may end up with an upset stomach. The TV wasn't working, and neither was the geyser, though they did give us a heating rod.

It's a nice, beautiful place at a cheap price, with an awesome view and very good service and staff. It's away from traffic and the hustle and bustle, and also far from all the hangout spots.
