OYO Flagship 80458 Vithalesh Home Stay

I booked two nights, but while I was out sightseeing the elderly owner marked me as checked out without my permission and charged me an extra 1000rs. He said the money would be refunded to my Oyo wallet, which I felt was deceptive. Someone also entered my room with an extra key and took one of my items. There was little privacy, and I could hear the family in the adjoining room. This was my worst stay ever. Don’t book here.

The booking through ixigo included breakfast, but at check-in the owner said he had no contract with ixigo, even though our names appeared in his booking details. We waited outside for half an hour while he clarified it, and he later said breakfast wasn’t provided. The room had no working AC or TV, and the bed sheets and toilet had rat poop on them. The room and surroundings were dusty. The owner didn’t know how to deal with clients. Terrible hospitality and service, with zero cleanliness. I would never recommend this property.

The website details are fake, and there’s no AC, which you can see in the posted photos. The hotelier spoke poorly to me. Makemytrip refused a refund or other help and gave extremely stupid reasons. Worst hotel experience ever. Don’t book here.

I’d booked an AC room, but got a non-AC room that smelled foul. It was a third-class room.
