The rooms are spacious, though the peeling wall paint could use attention. This is a homestay, so expectations should be modest. There’s no parking, and you have to find a roadside spot at your own risk. The kitchen isn’t available, but they provide an induction cooktop and some utensils, or you can eat at nearby restaurants. Our room hadn’t been cleaned properly when we arrived; staff sorted it out after we told them. We had to ask for toiletries, and the bath towel wasn’t usable. The bathroom was okay, but the metal stairs directly above it made noise whenever people walked up or down.

For a one-night stay, it’s good value. I last booked for ₹444, and the highest price I paid was ₹738. The ground-floor room has a hall and its own bathroom, while the first-floor rooms use a shared one.

There’s no parking and no room service, and the room is very cramped. The app listing didn’t match what was actually there: no wardrobe and no attached bathroom, just a shared one. The management was poor, and I found the behavior very rude. The female owner treated customers badly. If you’re travelling as a family or couple, I’d say don’t book this hotel. Really awful service.

A nice place that feels like home away from home. It’s a bit expensive, but the owner is very cooperative and the staff are excellent.
