Breakfast was cold and bland, and looked as if it had been sitting out for hours. I've had better food from small roadside stalls. The room was uncomfortable and smelled bad, with stained sheets that made me doubt they had been properly cleaned. The hotel felt dirty and poorly maintained. Service was just as disappointing. Staff seemed uninterested in helping, and were slow or even rude when I asked for something. It wasn't worth the money. The hotel let me down on food, cleanliness, comfort, and service, and I'd strongly suggest staying somewhere else.

The breakfast and dinner choices were limited, and there was no fridge in the premium room. For parking, you have to use paid parking outside the hotel, which cost 400 rupees. The door stopper in our room didn't work either. The premium rooms were all non-AC, something to consider for a June stay. Our room hadn't been cleaned, even though we asked two hours before check-in. The bathroom smelled so bad that air freshener didn't help, and there were stains everywhere, including in the ground-floor common bathroom. The crockery was dirty too. This hotel needs a deep clean.

At breakfast we found cockroaches in the fruit. Staff took the fruit away, removed one, and brought it right back without washing or replacing it. There were very few breakfast choices, the food wasn't good, and there was no variety. The next day they refused even a plain slice of bread when I asked after they said toasted bread wasn't available. I was charged for lime soda at checkout, but nobody told me it was paid when I ordered it. The whole stay was frustrating from check-in. Our rooms smelled, the bathrooms were dirty, and the shampoo and soap pumps didn't work. We had to call repeatedly about the same problems and wait a long time. Basic room amenities were missing, the bed was dirty, and although there were tea and coffee makers, there were no milk or coffee sachets. Cleaning hadn't been done when we returned after breakfast, so we had to keep calling for that too. Staff didn't listen or cooperate, even though we had an infant with us. They wouldn't let us park our cars inside, saying parking wasn't provided, though other cars were parked outside. At checkout, they said no one was available to help with luggage, even with our car at the entrance. The food and service were pathetic and not worth the money. I'd have rated it zero if that were an option.

I'm a tour operator with Toursathi Pvt Ltd. Mr. Yogesh, the manager, has a heart of gold, and all the staff were kind and attentive. I even called reception at 2 am, and they answered and took care of what I needed. The food was the best part, and the hotel isn't far from the drop-off point.
