Seclude Mussoorie

Seclude felt like a hidden gem. It's near mall road, with scenic views, and the caretakers were supportive and helpful. The rooms were cozy, and having a bed warmer was a real plus in the cold weather. We loved our stay and would come again. One suggestion: for the price, complimentary breakfast would have been a nice extra. Thanks for making the stay memorable.

Arvind was a star during our stay. He handled our late-night requests with a smile, told us interesting stories about the area, and cooked some of the best food we had on the trip. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, especially the filling, homely, dhaba-style parathas. There was no need to look for cafes outside. Eelu bhaiya also kept our stay and logistics running smoothly. When we found a big spider in our room, he helped right away and upgraded us without fuss. We stayed at this beautiful hilltop property during Diwali, and the staff even included us in their small celebration. Everyone was warm, polite, and helpful. Their local tips saved us time and helped us find good nearby spots. The 270° view of the mountains and Mussoorie was breathtaking, and waking up to it each morning felt magical. The people, views, and atmosphere made us want to return. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay with great hospitality and real mountain charm.

The food was disappointing: the barbecue didn't meet my expectations, the tandoor dishes were undercooked, and meals overall didn't taste fresh or consistent. We also had a water supply problem in the room's washroom, and the room didn't match the pictures on the booking portal. I expected a higher standard of hospitality given the property's reputation. I hope the feedback helps improve the guest experience.

The stay had a really calming feel, and I loved the place. The manager and staff were so kind and always ready to help. I'd definitely consider coming back! : )
