Seyfert Sarovar Premiere

Mr. Surendra Thakur, the Banquet Sales Manager, deserves special thanks for his support, coordination, and dedication with every detail. He went above and beyond and made the whole process stress-free, helping ensure our event succeeded. We’re truly grateful to him and the hotel team for the excellent service. Everything was well taken care of and the arrangements ran smoothly and professionally. We had a wonderful experience at the hotel for our event. Highly recommended!

The quick check-in and friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the team were courteous and helpful throughout. We were a group of nine and had a wonderful one-night stay at Sarovar Premier. The hotel is new, well maintained, clean and spacious, with modern decor and tidy common areas. Our rooms were spacious and clean, with all amenities. The toilets, towels and shower facilities were good. The bed was very comfortable, and the linen was spotless. Room service was quick and good. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a decent range of options, including South Indian hot-from-the-oven dosa. Truly a great experience, highly recommended for a stay in Dehradun.

I was already feeling sick from the cold room, and housekeeping never came to turn up the heat after I called. When I asked reception for help finding medicine, Ms Anjali wouldn’t even give me the number of a nearby pharmacy. My son got his network working and found Dolo and paracetamol to get us through the night. Housekeeping was no help either. The staff were incredibly unhelpful and the service was very bad. I wouldn’t give this place even one star.

We had a great experience overall. The hotel and rooms were neat and clean, the service was good, and the food was nice. They can host small or large functions and gatherings too. The location is the one drawback, and there isn’t much of a view from the windows.
