SPOT ON 60953 Hotel Pine Tree

Parking was very difficult, and the hotel sits high up on a peak, which left my feet hurting. There was no balcony in our room, and the door didn't have a proper lock. We were six people, paid over 3k for one night, and were given dirty blankets in an unhygienic room and washroom. You can't bargain, and even after paying that much they gave us a room like this. The atmosphere felt bad too, with what I felt were the worst kinds of young people smoking, playing loud music, and staring at you like an animal. I didn't feel safe as a girl. This is a third class hotel. Don't visit, and I won't recommend it. Spend good money on a place to stay, please. If the room service is poor, you'll regret it when you're there to enjoy yourself and end up having to adjust.

The owner was super helpful and always came to pick us up from the bus stand. Service was good, and we stayed for 3-4 days. It felt like a second home, and I found the place reliable in every way. It's the best hotel to book in Mussoorie.

We booked three rooms for three days, but checked out the very next morning after a terrible stay. The room lights stopped working, and there were lots of complaints after just one day. None of the geysers worked normally. Staff said to turn on the main geyser switch for 15 minutes, and you'd be lucky to get a full bucket of hot water. The staff weren't cooperative and didn't know how to speak to customers. The place looks good outside, but inside it was worse than a third grade lodge. Worst staff and worst experience, they don't deserve even one star. Never book this hotel, it's a waste of money.

We weren't given the room we'd requested, and the rooms were all dirty. Apparently, they call a room with a TV their 'smart' room. The staff were rude and showed no sense of responsibility. This is the worst hotel, and I wouldn't even call it a hotel. Motel would be a better name. Please don't book here.
