Sterling Marbella Dehradun

The room felt a little small. It should be fine for two people, but might feel tighter with more than two. Aside from that, everything was top notch. One of the cleanest hotels, with good staff and food. I stayed two nights.

I spent three days here with my family, and it was wonderful. The hotel and rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were polite and professional. Special thanks to restaurant staff Ankit, Aditya, and Sanjay for taking such good care of my two-year-old daughter and making the stay great.

Breakfast was lovely, and the space made for a really comfortable stay. I spent five days here and had a great time. Sanjay and Sonu were very helpful and looked after us well. I'd definitely recommend it.

The breakfast spread was decent, and the restaurant food was good. Still, basic comforts and cleanliness were a real problem during our two-night stay. The room was okay for size and layout but didn't seem to have had a proper deep clean. The bathroom kept smelling funky, the floors were so dirty that our feet picked up dust and grime right away, and the ceiling fan was caked in dust, as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. We asked reception to have the room cleaned, but it still wasn't done by the time we returned that evening. There was no heater at first, so we had to request one, and surprisingly, the hotel doesn't provide hair dryers at all, a first for us at a hotel in this category. The staff were polite and helpful within their limits, but the poor housekeeping and lack of basic amenities really affected the stay. For a property with such an elaborate Spanish theme, it was disappointing that the menu had not a single Spanish dish. Better housekeeping could make this place much better.
