After we finally reached the owner by phone several times, we were given a room, but the whole ordeal was embarrassing and exhausting. We had booked one night through Cleartrip, yet the front desk said there was no reservation and seemed unfamiliar with online bookings. The manager was in Delhi and couldn’t be reached, so we were left without a solution. At 10 PM, we spent nearly an hour calling Cleartrip, then trying the manager and owner, with terrible network reception. We’d travelled a long way and felt our situation wasn’t being taken seriously. If they can’t handle online reservations, they should consider stopping them. This has made me think twice about booking here again. I hope they take the feedback seriously and improve their service.

The food was poor, and almost 80% of the menu items weren’t available. The location was bad, the receptionist was rude, and staff behaviour was very poor too. One of my worst experiences. Don’t waste your time or money here.

The rooms smelled bad, and there was no water in the toilets because the taps didn’t work. This place was dirty and frustrating. Don’t spend your money here.
