The staff at The Bliss Hotel, Dhanaulti were polite, humble, cooperative, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome. The fresh, delicious food was served with great hospitality. Our room was spacious, neat, clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The valley and mountain views were breathtaking and made the stay feel peaceful. The location is convenient and easy to reach, so getting around was smooth while still feeling surrounded by nature and away from city chaos. We had a wonderful, memorable stay. It seems well suited to families, couples, friends, or groups looking for comfort, nice views, good food, and warm service. Highly recommended.

Clean, comfortable rooms, tasty food, and courteous staff made for an excellent stay at Bliss Hotel, Dhanaulti. The mountain views were stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere made the trip memorable. I'd happily visit again and recommend it to anyone coming to Dhanaulti.

I stayed two nights, on the 26th and 27th of May, with my mother, wife, and two-year-old child, and we'd gladly stay here again. The hotel's right on the main road, so it was easy to reach, with excellent accessibility, but the setting still felt peaceful and refreshing, away from the city bustle. I gave the location, access, room view, food, and cleanliness 10/10. There's enough parking for around 10-12 large SUVs. We had the Royal Balcony View Room, which matched the pictures. It was spacious and well maintained, with a large private balcony and a memorable view of mountains and greenery first thing in the morning. The food was fresh, delicious, and carefully served. The rooms, shared spaces, and dining area were all exceptionally clean. The staff deserve a special mention: everyone was polite and courteous, and greeted us with a warm smile whenever we passed. It's also a handy base for sightseeing: Eco Garden is about a 10-minute drive away, Surkanda Devi Temple Ropeway around 19 minutes, and Kanatal roughly 55 minutes. The combination of easy access, spacious rooms, lovely views, peaceful surroundings, and warm hospitality made the stay special. I'd highly recommend it for families, couples, or friends visiting Dhanaulti, and will choose it again next time I'm in the region.

The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable, and room service responded quickly, even when we called just once. The outdoor view added to the relaxed feel of our stay. Breakfast had plenty of fresh choices, including tea, coffee, fruit, sandwiches, and freshly made parathas, and everything tasted great. Dinner was delicious too. I especially enjoyed the live dinner experience, and the good hygiene standards made it even better. We had a fantastic stay with lovely food, great service, and a pleasant atmosphere.

I stopped at Bliss's ground-floor restaurant for lunch after walking 5 km from Dhanaulti and needing a proper meal. It's open to non-residents, with comfortable sofas around tables for four and large windows looking over a beautiful valley. The menu is extensive, mostly Indian, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, starters, drinks, desserts, and snacks. I had masala chai before my meal, then dal fry, pahadi raita, and laccha paratha. The chai wasn't really masala chai, but the main dishes were good: the dal fry and pahadi raita were delicious. They also brought onion salad and lemon slices free of charge. The paratha was oily and a little burnt, though still crisp and delectable. I stayed a while after eating, looking out at the valleys and listening to a stiff breeze. The property is a bit far from Dhanaulti proper and closer to Mussoorie, beside the main Mussoorie-Chambha road, with plenty of parking.
