The rooms, atmosphere, and view were all so serene, and the location was decent, about a 10-minute drive from Mall Road. What stood out most was the welcoming, courteous staff, who clearly tried hard to make us comfortable. Mr.Virendra Rawat deserves a special mention for being polite, helpful, and welcoming. Our stay was memorable and pleasant. We hope to visit again soon.

On my solo trip to Mussoorie, I found the lush greenery and serene setting a lovely escape. My spacious, comfortable room had beautiful views, and I enjoyed the range of cuisine and an excellent spa experience. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I look forward to returning.

I especially enjoyed walking around the beautiful grounds after breakfast and again in the quiet evenings. The picturesque setting felt peaceful and scenic, and the staff were warm, efficient, and exceptionally hospitable, making sure my needs were met. Special thanks to Mr. Virender for his welcoming manner and eagerness to help, and to Dinesh,Chandan,Mukesh,Himanshu as well. A lovely combination of natural beauty, comfort, and excellent service. Highly recommended for a tranquil stay.

The food was the best part, and they’ll help with custom requests too. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the place was really clean and peaceful. The Mall Road pickup and drop-off was a nice bonus, and there’s enough space for kids to play. Monkeys can be a problem, but staff are always there to move them.

The evening live music added a soothing feel to dinner, and the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The Claridges is in a stunning spot among hills and greenery, yet conveniently close to Mall Road, making it a lovely place to relax and enjoy Mussoorie’s natural beauty. The hotel also offers comfort and a peaceful setting, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and great service. Front Office Manager Mr. Shivank Kumar was very polite, attentive, and helpful throughout my wonderful stay. Highly recommended for a visit to Mussoorie.
