The staff were helpful and quick to respond, and the food was decent. Parking was convenient and the location was nice. A comfortable stay for the price, though the washroom needs better hygiene.

The rooms are quite spacious, and I’ve stayed at Glory many times over the years with my family. But the cleanliness has really slipped. The paint is peeling, and the old washroom is dirty with rusty fittings. The Wi-Fi didn’t work on either day of my two-day stay this time. I complained during a November visit too, but nothing was fixed. Such a disappointing experience.

The calm, welcoming atmosphere was a nice part of our stay, and the location is handy for visiting Haridwar and going to the Ganga Aarti. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. The staff were polite and helpful, and the service and facilities were decent. A pleasant, reliable place to stay in Haridwar.

The staff were nice, and the main-road location is good. The rooms are decent for the price, but cleanliness was poor: the toilet seat was dirty and the wall looked very rustic. It’s also hard to relax because you constantly hear noise.

Nothing was up to the mark here. The staff behaved badly, the AC was broken, the washroom was dirty, and food service was terrible. My worst hotel stay. Save your money and stay somewhere else. I won’t be back.
