The rooms were dirty and unhygienic, and they looked completely different from the website photos. There was no privacy because the rooms connect to each other. Staff behavior was poor and service was never on time. If I could give zero stars, I would. A very bad experience, absolutely not recommended. Please avoid staying here.

We were very disappointed with the service and hospitality. The room was in poor condition, and there was a serious water problem in the washroom. We had told the staff we’d be leaving early at 7:00 AM, but they still didn’t arrange breakfast. It caused us a lot of inconvenience.

The location is difficult for larger vehicles like a tempo traveller or urbaenia, and the hotel doesn’t have a proper place to have dinner. There was no hot water in the room, and both the room and bedroom hygiene were very bad, with cleanliness at zero. The staff seemed helpless about managing things given the conditions.

Getting to the hotel was difficult. The turn has no proper signs, and even Google seemed confused, which caused us trouble. Once there, they made us change rooms after every night for no reason. Rooms and washrooms weren’t cleaned properly, and the beds, linens, and towels were stained and dirty. The room boys had no manners and tried to open the door without knocking. The food was so bad it gave me an upset stomach, and it was served unhygienically, including on soiled plates. Don’t rely on the pictures on Google or other apps. The place doesn’t look like the photos.
