Rooms were three-star standard, but the staff were polite and the service was good. The pool water was clean too.

The room itself was clean, but the toilet was dirty, the tap kept leaking, the seat cover was broken, and the bathroom door had no handle. I asked housekeeping to clean the toilet and they ignored me. The food wasn’t good, and there were beetles in the corridor. The pool was very dirty and had a lot of chlorine powder in it, which didn’t seem healthy. Locals and other outside visitors are allowed to swim there too. Avoid this hotel.

Basic bath items weren’t ready at check-in. When I asked, the staff member insisted the soap was already in the room, then told me to contact reception after I argued. I only got soap and hand wash after that. The room geyser also didn’t work. The duty attendant wouldn’t help, saying no rooms were free and an electrician might come later, but gave no time. They should keep mosquito repellent in the rooms for guests’ convenience.
