The staff were good, but that was about the only plus. The standard room was smaller than the photos suggested, facilities were almost nonexistent, and breakfast included just one or two dishes with no variety. You have to call room service to get the room cleaned. Outside food isn't allowed, while the hotel's food is costly for what it is. For the same price, I'd book somewhere better. Don't rely on the reviews.

At ₹1,800 a night, the stay didn't feel worth the price. The TV didn't work, so there wasn't proper entertainment in the room. The bedsheet they provided was dirty, which isn't acceptable and makes basic cleanliness seem neglected. Hot water was available in the shower but not the sink, which was inconvenient.

We held our engagement party at the venue. The food was good, and the space, music, and everything else were great. Staff were cooperative too.

We had to go out at 9 pm to find dinner because nothing on the menu was available and outside food wasn't permitted. With our 8-month-old baby, that was especially difficult. Cleanliness also fell short and made the stay uncomfortable. There were some good points: the lower-level staff, especially the night shift, were courteous and tried to sort out the mosquitoes in the room and the TV that wasn't working. But management and coordination were poor. Night staff quoted ₹500 for a late checkout until 4 pm, then morning staff asked for ₹1,000 for just two more hours. Senior management was unavailable or unsupportive, leaving junior staff to deal with things alone. Treebo Kanopy Greens has potential, but needs urgent improvement in coordination, food service, and cleanliness to be family-friendly.
