The mountain scenery from the room and terrace was breathtaking, and the peaceful, refreshing atmosphere made it easy to relax. Our room was neat, spacious, comfortable, and had all the necessary facilities. Staff were courteous, cheerful, and always ready to help. The food was excellent and service stayed quick and well managed throughout. Getting around was convenient too. From check-in through check-out, everything went smoothly, and I’d gladly give this hotel 5 out of 5.

There was plenty of open space to unwind and spend time together, and the kids had a great time. It felt safe and comfortable for a family break. The staff were humble, polite, well organized, and always willing to help, which made the stay special. Every meal was fresh, full of flavor, and super delicious. We spent three days at Sungrace Hotel from 23rd January, and it was a wonderful family experience. We’d happily recommend it to families looking for a relaxing stay and would love to return.

The hotel’s a little way from the main road and Mall Road, though getting there is easy. Our room on the 3rd floor had no balcony or view, but the shared balcony on that floor and the terrace had beautiful views. Rooms and washrooms were clean, heaters were available, and we used ours for 1-2 hours in the evenings in April. Service was good and satisfactory, and the staff were well behaved. There was chess and carom in the restaurant for kids, plus free pickup and drop-off to Mall Road, which I found very helpful. Restaurant food was good. Breakfast was included and basic but fine, with buffet choices like poori chole, bread and jam, sandwiches, idli, and Upma. If you love tea, though, the breakfast tea was very watery and bland, so you’ll have to get it outside. All in all, a good experience.

It’s about 15 minutes from Mall Road, and the views from up top and the balconies are breathtaking. Breakfast was good, and the staff were very welcoming. They also run a free shuttle to Mall Road for pickup and drop-off until 8 PM.

Sungrace Hotel was a peaceful, comfortable place for our January 2026 family getaway. It’s away from the rush and pollution, with open space where we could relax together, and the kids really enjoyed themselves. Mall Road is 3 km away, and Children’s Park is about 4 km by a lovely nature walk. The walk was calm and enjoyable too. The staff were humble, polite, and organized, and their warm hospitality made us feel comfortable. The food was super delicious and a highlight. We had a memorable, refreshing stay, and would recommend the hotel to families. We’d definitely like to visit again.
