The location was good, and the room itself was okay, but it clearly hadn't been maintained. The bathroom and room were unclean, the fridge was very dirty, and the AC wasn't working. We asked for the room to be cleaned, but nobody came. When we requested that someone clean the mirrors, the staff argued over whose job it was, and still no one cleaned them. If they looked after the place better, it would be easier for people to stay there.

The room and washroom were filthy, and there were no facilities. A very bad hotel. Please don't try it.

The washroom was in terrible condition, and insects were crawling in the mattress. The rooms weren't clean either. When we asked the staff to clean, they argued with each other about who should do it, but nobody came. The AC wasn't working, so we kept calling them, and still no one showed up. The hotel service was the worst, and the staff don't listen.

There was a big mouse behind the bed, and the room was very dirty and a little smelly. When I asked room service to clean, three men came in. One cleaned the floor while the other two stood talking to him, even though they knew a female traveller was staying alone in the room. I wanted to check out straight away, but after they called the manager, he tried to persuade me to move to another room. When I still wanted to leave, he yelled at me loudly and refused to refund my money. After a long argument, things were sorted out somehow, but I only got part of my money back under the cancellation policy. My experience was very bad. I don't recommend this hotel.
