Super OYO Townhouse1148 RCC PARK VIEW INN

The rest of the room was clean and good, and the staff were polite. We couldn't stay long, so we didn't ask to have the sheets changed. Still, clean sheets in the room would have made this a great experience.

The room itself was neat and spacious, but the hotel looked and felt filthy, unlike the posh photos, and didn't seem good for families. I booked through Agoda after seeing the listed amenities, only to hear from the rude receptionist that Agoda wasn't linked to the hotel, even though my prepaid money had gone to them. There’s no restaurant, and despite third-party sites saying room service is available, they don't even serve tea or coffee.

The staff were extremely polite and friendly, and the location worked well for me, about 1 km from Miyapur metro station. There's no food service in the hotel, but Udupi upahar downstairs is very good, and Zomato or swiggy deliveries can come to the room. The room was clean, well ventilated with two windows, and the old furniture was maintained properly. The bathroom was clean, its fittings were new, and wifi, lift and geyzer all worked fine. My only real issue was the sheets and towels. They were washed, but very old, with fibers coming loose. Replacing them could make this one of the best budget hotels.

I stayed for 10 days and have no regrets. The staff were friendly and supportive, and the basement parking felt safe for all the cars. Restaurants are nearby, and the location is handy for heading toward Gachibowli, Patancheru, Bollarum or Ameerpet. Miyapur Metro Station is less than a 20-minute walk away.
