Mr Dheeraj took care of us like family and gave me a room with a pool view. The staff were attentive, and every request was handled quickly with a smile. From the traditional welcome to the personal attention throughout the stay, the service felt wonderful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully kept. Its marble details, antique-style furniture, and elegant décor gave it a real palace feel, and waking up to the lovely pool view was unforgettable. The royal rooms and iconic location were part of what made R Chandra Palace feel like more than just a hotel. It honestly felt like a dream, and I’m grateful to the team.

The peaceful setting was a welcome escape from the city, with greenery, fresh air, lovely natural views, and birdsong in the morning. Our rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and looked out onto nature. Mr. Mahesh(Housekeeping sup) and Miss.MITA were especially good with us, and the whole HK team behaved very well. The staff were friendly, polite, and quick to help, which made us feel welcome and cared for. Service was both fast and professional. It was a memorable stay, and I’d gladly come back for another quiet nature break.

The environment was lovely, and the food was amazing. We held my brother’s wedding here, and it was a super experience. The rooms are something to look forward to as well. Mr Prakash Khedka, Miss Deepika from Fnb, Mr Deepak Bagda, and Mr Jaisingh Fnb manger were a delight to deal with. They helped us with all our problems, big or small. Truly recommended.

The way Heritage Group has looked after this palace deserves a 10/10. It's a real spectacle of Jaipur. Above all, the staff made our stay one we'll remember for life. Mita and Mahesh(Hk sup) were at their best, and the whole team showed unmatched hospitality, care, and attention to each guest. Everyone was great and got everything right.

Jay Singh managed F&B with impressive professionalism and made sure every meal and service detail went smoothly. Deepika from the restaurant team was courteous and efficient, while Deeraj at reception kept check-ins and coordination easy with his calm, helpful manner. We celebrated our wedding at R Chandra’s Palace, Jaipur on 17.01.2026, and the whole experience was memorable. The hospitality during our stay was warm, attentive, and seamless. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally comfortable, with an elegant yet convenient feel for us and our guests. The entire team helped make our big day smooth, comfortable, and special.
