Booking at the last minute, it was fine since finding another hotel was a bit difficult. The staff were quite friendly, and even though the power went out several times at night, they restarted the backup right away. The air conditioners didn't work on the generators, though, and the rooms smelled a bit. An OK stay overall.

The hotel is beautiful and well designed, and has a luxury feel. Room service was good, and there was tasty food available with a call from the room phone. But it really needs renovation, repainting, and an uplift.

4/10
There was a lot of space in the hotel, and the food was very good, but room service was poor. Orders took a long time, so guests had to wait, and some stewards didn't know they should knock before coming into a room. The receptionist was very slow. The location is good, and the reception looked beautiful when we arrived, with a painting there.

It's an average hotel and not well maintained. A lot of renovation is needed before it's fully functional, though the rent is okay for the facilities.
