We booked 5 rooms through Agoda a month ahead for our family of 15, but on arrival day the hotel didn't answer our calls or respond when we contacted them through Agoda. At the hotel, the person in charge said our booking wasn't available. It seemed they had no coordination with Agoda. Around 9 pm, traveling with our family, including women and children, we had to search for somewhere else to stay. A very bad experience. I'd give this property zero stars.
We had a confirmed booking at Udaigarh Palace, but when we arrived late at night, management refused us entry and wouldn't honor the reservation. My family was left stranded on the street in a dangerous situation after dark, and the staff were completely unhelpful and showed no empathy for our safety. I wouldn't trust this hotel with your safety. Avoid it at all costs, especially if you're traveling with family.
As a tourist, this hotel isn't worth it. There was no room service, TV, or internet, and the rooms weren't clean. It's actually a marriage hall with rooms. Don't come here.
It’s on the main road, but a long way from the city. More of a marriage lawn with a lot of rooms attached.
No manners or professionalism from the staff. The service felt like a desi dharamshala, with zero etiquette.
