I hope the owner checks the rooms after checkout and before marking them ready for the next guest. Some rooms aren't clean, and in others the room may be fine but the washroom isn't. For the price, they're not comfortable for families or couples, though they may suit people staying for time with a girlfriend or boyfriend or another kind of relationship. I complained to reception several times, but they didn't respond. I don't think the owner checks the property, and the staff don't take responsibility for their work. I hope management understands and checks the rooms and accessories themselves. I'd like to book here again and have no complaints next time. 🙏

The rates are five star, but the service is poor. The rooms are dirty and the furniture is broken. Don't go there.

The staff were very good, the room service was great, and the AC worked absolutely fine. Rooms are spacious and the washrooms absolutely clean, and the complimentary vegetarian breakfast was excellent. For a great experience, book a suite. It's not at all costly through the OYO website. This hotel deserved five stars.

Our guest experience at Vivek International hotel was a waste of money and time. We booked through Agoda on 14 Nov'21, booking Id 605537037, and found poor service, bad staff behavior, and a room and especially bathroom that weren't clean. Another couple in front of us was offered a different, lower price for the same room, which seemed irregular. Calling a hotel International doesn't mean it can provide even basic services. Cheap hotels treat customers better than this place. Management should take the hygiene and customer service issues seriously and maintain at least some basic standards.
